All our outfits are "Make to Order", our standard lead time is 3-4 days for manufacturing & 3-5 days for shipping
Incase of any urgency please do contact our team to prioritize your best outfit.
Refunds & Exchanges
At Laropa, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order — as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition.
You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong size, color, or SKU
- There is a manufacturing fault
To initiate an exchange, please email our support team at wearlaropa@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once your parcel reaches our facility, our team will carefully inspect it and get back to you promptly.
Please note: All shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate color representation, slight shade variations may occur due to fabric dyes and lighting differences in photography.
Alterations
Need a few adjustments to get the perfect fit? We’ve got you covered.
Whether it’s a size modification or length adjustment, you can send your outfit back to us and our team will tailor it to your preferred measurements with care.
Alteration fee: PKR 4,200/-
All shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each piece is prepared with care exclusively for you.
